This website is provided for information about our services. Content may change without notice, and we do not guarantee that every page is complete or current at all times.

Engagements and scope

Work begins once a written proposal or scope is agreed by both sides. That document defines deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and cost, and it takes precedence over anything described on this website.

Changes to scope after work has started are quoted separately before they are carried out.

Payment

Unless a proposal says otherwise, projects are invoiced in stages against agreed milestones. Invoices are due within the period stated on them, and work may pause on overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the deliverables built specifically for you passes to you. We retain rights to our pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how, and we may reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

The site content, brand marks, and logo of The Elegant Tech Solutions remain ours.

Confidentiality

Information either side marks as confidential stays confidential and is used only for the purpose of the engagement.

Liability

We deliver work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the affected work, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
