We recommend what the problem needs, not what is largest to bill. If a simpler build, a smaller scope, or a different partner would serve you better, we say so.
Clear commitments
Estimates, timelines, and risks are stated plainly before work starts. When something slips or a technical assumption proves wrong, we raise it early rather than at the deadline.
Responsible technology
We think about how what we build will be used. That means declining work intended to deceive, discriminate, or place people at risk, and being careful with AI systems: documented data sources, human oversight where decisions affect people, and no claims about capability that we cannot demonstrate.
Respect for data
Client and end-user data is treated as borrowed, not owned. We collect the minimum a system needs, secure what we hold, and never repurpose project data for anything else.
Quality and craft
Work is built to be maintained by whoever comes next, tested against real conditions, and handed over documented. We stay available after launch.
People
We work as one team, credit contribution accurately, and expect fair, respectful treatment in both directions between our people and our clients.
